COACHES

Tori Guevara

Novice Coach

Coach Tori was a coxswain for all four years of high school at Bishop Eustace, right on the Cooper River. In her first and second years of college, she was a coxswain on the Michigan Men’s Rowing Team, spending the summer of her freshman year as the lightweight men’s coxswain on the NYAC summer team.

While at Michigan, she coxed her boats to 1st place in the Men’s Frosh / Novice 4+ at the Bald Eagle Invitational in 2017, 1st place in the Men’s Freshman 8+ at MACRA in 2018, 1st place in the Men’s Varsity 8+ B at the Bald Eagle Invitational in 2018, 2nd in the Men’s Collegiate 4+ and 4th place in the Men’s Collegiate 8+ at the Music City Head Race in 2018, just to name a few. She was also selected as a coxswain for the New York Athletic Club summer 2018 program, and won the Men’s 4 category at the Independence Day Regatta (pictured) and placed second nationally in the Men’s Lightweight 8+ at US Club Nationals that summer.

After college she attended law school in Miami and coached part time for the Miami Beach Rowing Club middle school program. She started coaching for Emory Crew in the fall of 2024, in addition to being a lawyer in Atlanta.

Anna Reuter

Varsity Coach

Varsity Coach Anna began rowing during her time at Georgia State University, where she served as the club’s President for a number of seasons. During her time rowing at GSU, Anna medaled over 15 times! On top of this, she also went to Grand Finals in the Women’s 2x at ACRA and placed 2nd in the Championship Women’s 1x at Head of The South. Anna is level 2 Coaching certified and has coached Georgia State University, Westminster, Atlanta Rowing Club, and Lake Lanier Rowing Club.

Additionally, she is the Head Learn to Row Coach and Assistant Youth Coach at Lake Lanier Rowing Club. This year, she restarted the Mark Williams Ergatta, an annual indoor rowing fundraiser for youth rowers with financial needs, and raised more scholarship donations for the youth program than any year before! Beyond rowing, Anna has a BA in English and is currently preparing for the LSAT. She has worked as a journalist, a science teacher, and case investigator, and is currently a pastry chef in the Atlanta area.
