Summer Training
These are summer training schemes for Emory Crew. All rowers should follow the appropriate training schedule. Any potential recruits should follow these schedules in order to increase their fitness and prepare for the season. Following these schedules will allow for more affective practices from the start. A base level of fitness is a great benefit when rowing for the first time.
